THE MANOR offers a high standard of living without detracting from the originality of the architecture. Be prepared however to bend down for several of the doorways and to watch your step on the tower stairs!

THE GROUND FLOOR consists of three big rooms.
The kitchen (30sq.m.) combines up to date cooking equipment (induction cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven) with a country style lay out - an old-fashioned sink and big wooden work surface. Back room with WC and washing machine.
The dining room (40sq.m.) with its enormous fire place, granite floor, high beamed ceiling and oak table is an invitation to spend hours at table.
The summer sitting room (35sq.m.) with its spectacular rounded windows, under the porch
The central tower hosts the original 15th century wooden staircase.

THE FIRSTFLOOR. Sitting room  (40sq.m.) with fireplace, beams and tommettes tiled floor.
Two bedrooms. The first is in one of the oldest parts of the manor with beans, tommettes and fireplace and has a double bed 160cm wide, a washbasin and adjoining shower in the small tower that has a staircase leading down to the poolroom.
The WC is on the landing. The second bedroom has two 90cm wide beds and two child’s beds in the gallery.  There is another child’s bed in the little room adjoining the bedroom that leads to the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

THE SECONDFLOOR is remarkable for its beamed roof. The main bedroom has a 160cm wide bed. The second a 140cm bed and a child’s bed built above the massive cupboard. The bathroom between the two bedrooms has a bath and washbasin. The WC is separate. The last and smallest bedroom is right at the top of the tower and has one bed suitable for a teenager due to the steep stairs.

THE COTTAGE sleeps up to six and is totally self sufficient with a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room/ bedroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.

THE GROUNDFLOOR. The entrance to the cottage leads directly into the kitchen/ dining room with a traditional French tiled floor (tommettes) and ceilings showing wooden beams and boards. It is equipped with a fridge and freezer, electric oven; gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a big square table that seats eight.
There are 3 sets of French windows, two opening onto the terraces, on either side of the house and one leading directly into the pool room.
The ground floor sitting room/ bedroom  (4 stairs up, and 4 stairs down from the kitchen) has two 80 cms single beds that are used as sofas when not required as beds. There is a television and BLU-RAY player. This room has an adjoining WC with a small washbasin. It has windows facing east and a French window leading into the orchard.
THE UPPER FLOOR has two bedrooms (one double bed, 140 cms) and two single beds (90 cms) both with windows over looking the west-facing orchard, and a bathroom with bath and WC. Some of the beams on this floor are lower than today’s standard heights, the tall must be prepared to bend down when necessary.

THE POOL measures 8m60 by 4m and has a paddling area. The veranda sliding doors at both ends of the room are easily pushed aside during warm weather to lead onto the flagstone terraces with sun beds. The pool has direct access to the kitchen of the cottage and the small tower of the manor. All doors leading to the pool lock.

The manor, pool and cottage are surrounded by gardens and meadows. A large grass alleyway leads to a canal.  There are barbecues, table tennis, sand pit, tables, chairs, sun beds and sunshades in the gardens.
